Silly dog

Curtis and I were in the garage working when Brinks saw a deer and took off after him before we could stop him. It took about 15min to find him and when we did he had a big gouge on the back of his foot. We cleaned the cut out from rocks and dirt and bandaged it up. It didn't seem to bother him at all but once the adrenaline wore off he's been limping around the house. Hope the deer chase was worth it Brinks! :)

Busy day + Concert

All morning and afternoon Curtis and I worked on the bedroom. It is almost done and I'm having a hard time waiting. Everything is looks so good! We have just a bunch of little things to do so it always takes more time than you think. I'm hoping we will finish it this weekend! Go Curtis go!!!!

Later that night was date night with Curtis and we had a fabulous time going to see Florence + the Machine at the White River Amphitheater. She is just amazing in concert and both Curtis and I love her! What a wonderful day!!!

Work changes

I now officially work for NBCNews.com instead of msnbc.com. It is going to take some time to get used to it but I'm excited for what's to come. Someone's wife made us peacock cupcakes for the special day. I'm very impressed with her skills!

My glass bowl

Curtis picked up my glass bowl that I made and it turned out awesome! Not sure where I'm going to put it but maybe in the LZ's room?!?!?! Thanks again sister's for the awesome gift!

Another M's game with my husband

I'm PREGNANT

YYAAAAHHHH!!!!!!! We are going to have a baby girl or boy on January 12th! I'm three months today and in the safe zone. We are super excited and have to wait two more months to find out the sex. We've already picked out names: girl is Zoey and boy is Lincoln. We are going to have a family! Yippy!!!!!!!!

Being spoiled on my birthday

Today was my birthday and all I wanted was help painting my room! Curtis's family and my family all came over and helped, it was AWESOME! I have the best family EVER!!!! Thanks everyone for all your hard work. Our room is going to look amazing thanks to you! xoxoxoxo

Evan's weekend

This weekend we had Evan over and had a blast! Friday night Curtis and Evan played games until late. Saturday we went and did the land and water Duck Tour, ate at the Sports Restaurant, and then went and saw The Avengers at the Imax. We had a blast but we exhausted by the time we got home and went right to bed.

Sunday we took him to the Emerald Downs Race track for his first time. Curtis taught him about the races and how you can bet on the horses. He won a bet on his horse #10 and he was very excited! What a fabulous weekend with Evan! Love you buddy! xoxoxo Picutres

Glass blowing

I finally did my glass blowing class that my sisters gave me for my bridal shower. It was the coolest thing EVER to blow glass. I was nervous at first but then enjoyed it. Soon I can pick up my bowl and I can't wait to see what it looks like!

We are now proud palm tree owners of a new house in Arizona and we are super excited! It was a tough road getting there but totally worth it. Take a little tour and see our soon to be rental house!!! video

Memorial Weekend

This year was the very mellow in Leavenworth and the highlight was a scavenger hunt in town. It was pretty funny and everyone had a good time. Curtis and I were on different teams and our team tied for the winning slot. Always good time in Leavenworth!!!
