So my dearest friend Candy talked me into taking a cake decorating class with her and yesterday was my first class. I had to make the cake and frosting the night before and bring it with me plus all the supplies. It was a blast! My first cake wasn't too bad but I'm not so good at the trimming...need to practice for sure. I'm already starting to think about how I should decorate the next cake? I'm thinking a hawks cake is in order at some point ;-) I might need to get a bit better though. Fun times with Candy and frosting!!!I brought the cake to work today and everyone was impressed and can't wait to see a new cake every week and eat it too!
