Opening fishing weekend

Curtis is finally home from a long weekend fishing. He had a blast, got a tan, and now happy to be home. We are too....we missed daddy! 

4 months today!

My sweet little girl is getting so big! I can't believe four months have passed by already. Some days took forever but it still goes by so quickly. I need to cherish the infant stage before it is gone and all I want to do is hold her and rock her. I can't get enough of my sweet baby Zoey!!! I love you so much!!!!!!

Hanging with Sheila + 17 weeks old

Curtis is gone this weekend for his anual opening weekend fishing trip with his uncles and Sheila stayed with Zoey and I. What a blast we had; taking walks, going out to breakfast, planting in the shade garden, and just hanging out. Sheila enjoys Zoey so much it's adorable to watch and I got a break from the bouncy ball!!! YAHHHHHH :)

Seahawks 5K run/walk

This morning we got up early and met Karissa at the Landing for the Seahawks 5K run/walk. It wasn't raining for the whole walk which was nice and we me we almost made it the whole way except for one stop to feed Zoey. Getting so excited for the Hawks season to start!

16 weeks old

Zoey is 16 weeks today and we adore her more each day! She is getting sturdier and more playful. This week she started sucking on her fist (I think trying to find her thumb) and rubbing her eyes when she's getting tired.

We had a BBQ tonight and had the Ladd family over and Zoey and Pricilla got to play. They actually noticed each other and smiled, it was the cutest thing!

Happy Birthday Curtis!!!

For his birthday Curtis didn't have to do any poopy diapers and got to play video games all day. He had a blast :) Then we went as a family to the races as it was opening day. That was fun too except Zoey didn't last too long. Happy birthday baby, love you tons!!!

Watching Zoey

My sister's and nieces and nephews are having a blast with Zoey! They send me pictures all the time and Zoey is being really good for them. Today Mia dressed her in all of her leopard closes, too funny. It makes me so happy to know everyone is happy and having fun!!!

First day back!

Today was my first day back at work and it went okay. I cried on my way to work but then B sent me a video of her and I felt so much better. Right at 2pm I was ready to leave work and so excited to see her when I got home! She was a bit fussy the rest of the night but things were okay. Hopefully tomorrow will go just as smoothly.

15 weeks old

My little girl just loves to look out the window! So precious she is :)

Curly hair?

Zoey's hair gets so curly when its wet. I can't wait till it gets longer to see what it looks like!!!

Going back to work

I have one week left with her before I go back to work and I'm going to treasure every moment! I feel so lucky to have had this much time with her while she was so young and I'm glad she will be with my sisters and mom for the next few months. It definitely is making going back easier.

Opening Day Mariners

I sadly had to miss Opening Day this year to stay home with Zoey. A small sacrifice but still a sacrifice.  Curtis had a blast and the M's WON!!!
