Easter Sunday

 Back to Denise's house this year and it was good to see everyone, it has been too long! What a fabulous Easter this year. 

Zoey's new room! FINALLY done

Zoey is so happy with her new room and it is so fun to have some DIY and thrifting in there. Curtis made the light holder and the clock and I found the vanity, shelves and clock hands + numbers and Zoey and I painted the massive canvas. Love to decorate and thanks to Granty it looks good too! lol

St Patrick's Day

This year Cynthia and had fun orchestrating a scavenger hunt and I went over board with the cooking. I made green pancakes, corn beef hash and fried eggs with orange juice for breakfast. I think I was the only one that liked all of it but I think the kids enjoyed it none the less. For dinner we had them over again and Curtis smoked a ham and we made cabbage potatoes, bacon onion cabbage and special drinks.....mint shakes for the kids and Guinness ones for us. For dessert Zoey and I made a special cake that when you cut it open there was a "pot of gold" inside :) Now I am exhausted but it was so worth it! Can't wait to see what we come up with next year......

Snow day with Dad

 Curtis took Zoey up to Snoqualmie Pass to try snowboarding. She did a great job and I think she just might want to do this every year with Curtis. Love these two so much!!! 

Girl day

Today was another jammed packed day full of fun! We watched shows, got on the cavity free wall at the dentist, trail walking with Trucker, mani & pedi's and a hair cut for Zoey. Love days like this with my girl :) 

Sunny boat ride

 Nothing like a sunny day on the lake even though it is super cold. We are all enjoying the lake :)

Snow!!!

The kids has such a blast and so did Trucker, he LOVES the snow! :) 

Happy Birthday Camdyn

 Camdyn had a drive through birthday party and the cupcakes were delicious! Can't believe the little girl is already 1...time is flying by. 

My girl is 8!

My Zoey girl turned 8 today and I love her so much! Sadly, we had to cancel her birthday party with the neighbors because Mike got covid and we had been in contact with Lisa so we played it safe. She was devastated as she had planned a plant party for her friends so they could paint pots and then plant a plant. We tried to make it as special as we could for her and I do think she enjoy her mom and dad's 100% attention but missed being with her friends. Happy Birthday my beautiful daughter, we love you so much!!!! 

Christams

We spent the whole day at Moniques for Christmas and pretty much ate all day and watched football. Things felt different this year but we all still enjoyed being together. Merry Christmas everyone!!!

Christmas morning

This year we didn't have Sheila over for stockings to keep her safe and opened them together over FaceTime, that was not horrible but we missed having her here in person. Zoey enjoyed opening her presents and can't wait to set up her Alexa for her room. Now off to Moniques house.

Pre-Christmas

 
We did an early Christmas with my family this year and it was very relaxing. Did some of our usual traditions with gifts and a Christmas movie at the end. Having fun with the change to the routine since all the kids, except Zoey, are grown up. Love being with my family and so thankful we are all safe and healthy! 

Gingerbread Houses

 

We weren't able to go to our usual place to make gingerbread houses because of covid so we planned an at home one with the neighbors and I bought WAY too much candy. The kids loved it and they came up with some cute ideas on how they used all the candy. Starting to feel like my favorite time of the year!!!

Oppy in town

Oppy came to see us and it was so fun to see him! He is such a joy to have around, we love you Eric and miss all the time!!!

Tree hunting

 

I'm so glad covid didn't ruin our tree hunting adventures as the weather and snow were perfect and it was so good to see everyone! Trucker had a blast in the snow and didn't skip a beat until we got into the truck for the ride home, he passed out. He was meant for the snow! 

Can't wait to get home and decorate the tree. This year I'm more excited to decorate since last year I couldn't do anything since I was still in crutches. I'm going ALL out :) lol.....Curtis is not thrilled! haahaa

Happy Thanksgiving

 

Again we are stuffed from delicious food and Camdyn was the cutest turkey I have EVER seen! 💜 Love having two Turkey dinner a year!!! 

Tea party with GiGi

 For the break GiGi threw a tea party for Zoey for all her hard work on learning. We all had a sweet time and love GiGi so much for everything that she is doing for us!!!!!

Yokers Thanksgiving

 

We had an early Thanksgiving with my family so that Mia and Hugo could be there and it tasted so good. Everyone cooked amazing things and we were all so full. Good to be with family!

All about Trucker

So Trucker is still loving car rides while Zoey decided to write her school story about Trucker and how he had diarrhea one night in his kennel. She did a fantastic job on it and I'm so proud of her. Trucker is impacting our lives in more ways than one! :)
