Lake Meridian Triathlon

I DID IT!!!! My first Sprint Triathlon and I loved it. It was 1/4 mile swim, 16.8 mile bike and 5K run and I finished in 2 hours. Barbie, Sheila, Lisa W and I all did it together which made it way more fun. I got second in my age group so that was exciting. I wasn't as in as good of a shape as I wanted to be thanks to my kidney stone but was still proud of how well I did. I think I want to do it again next year...we will see :) I'm exhausted!!!! pictures

Both Curtis and Zoey got to come this year and that it made it more fun! Still enjoy all my co-workers even though there is so little of us now.

Erasure

A few good friends of mine went to see Erasure tonight at the Moore theater and it was an amazing, energizing concert and the theater was as hot as a wet yoga studio. It was a totally crazy night and we all loved every moment of it even if we were dripping. What a fabulous night with friends! xoxoxo pictures

0's party

My mom and Lisa threw a 0's party for all the people that are turning 20(Jeah), 30(Kayla), 40(me), 50(Mike), 60(Jack), 70(Dad, Mom, Nanna), 80(...) this year. We all had a good time and it's fun to bring all the family's together (Yokers, Moffat, Thayer). What a wonder day :)

We bought a trailer

WE DID IT!!! I'm so excited I can't believe we bought a trailer...I'm still in shock. Can't wait to take it out for our first trip.

Kidney Stone and NYC

A few week's ago I went to the hospital AGAIN and this time it was a kidney stone. I just don't understand why all these random uncommon things are happening to me. WHATEVER!!! I had shock wave surgery a week ago so that I could pass the stone before I had to leave for my NYC trip but that didn't happen. I had to get on my flight (Thanks God that Lisa Wilkins was there) in pain and then popped a pill once we were in the air. Flying high is very interesting....things move differently when you are walking. hee hee :) Two days into my trip I finally passed Birtha (nicknamed by Candy) and was able to enjoy the rest of my trip.

Last night Shezad took the whole team to an Escape Room and we finished it fast then most and we had a blast doing it. I really enjoy working here and hope it lasts a bit longer.
