Annual fishing trip

Curtis caught the most fish and basically lived on the lake this year. He came back refreshed and happy. I'm so glad he has this trip with his Uncle's every year.

New color wall

It took me forever to pick this color but I think I'm going to like it! It's a bit girly for me but it will cozy up the living room and that will be nice.

Bye bye trees

This week our new neighbors started taking down all the trees to build their new road. Zoey enjoyed watching the track-hoe and Brinks just growled and barked at them. I'm sad to see the trees go but happy the sticker bushes are gone. I'm curious to see how it turns out when they are done, fingers crossed.

My little artist

I'm having so much fun painting with Zoey. She is so cute how she is determined to paint one area...usually the edges. Love her artistic eye ;)

Happy Birthday Curtis

Curtis and I went to the race tracks for his birthday and it was a gorgeous day! Tomorrow he is going on a ride on the motorcycle...happy birthday boy. Love you Curtis! xoxo

Zoo time

Zoey, Jan and I all went to the Point Defiance Zoo and the animals gave us a show! Zoey got a bit scared of the walrus when it swam by enjoyed watching them. The monkey's were swinging around and playing and we spent most of our time there. We had a fun day and now I'm ready to nap with Zoey ;) pictures

Easter

For Easter this year we did the neighborhood egg hunt at the park, an egg hunt in our backyard and on Sunday went to Aunt Denise's house for dinner and another egg hunt in their yard. Zoey had so much fun finding eggs and running around with her cousin's singing My Favorite Things. The year was the first year I put candy in the eggs and she only wanted to eggs with the chocolate in them. Already, she is a girl that knows what she wants ;) pictures and my favorite video!
