Play date

Zoey and I went to Jody's house today to "play" with Cody. They don't do much but lay there but it's pretty cute

One month old

WOW!!! I can't believe it has already been a month. Zoey is getting so big and can hold her head pretty good without help. As exhausted as we both are we are having so much fun! pictures

I just love holding her while she naps. She is so soft and smells so good. My little sweetheart!

Out for our first walk alone!

I'm starting to feel stronger and more saine and was able to take Brinks around the block today. It feels so good to be feeling better and doing normal things again. Now I can't wait for a longer stretch of sleep at night, lol!!!! :)

Bath time

Her first bath at home was stressful and fun at the same time. Curtis took care of the water temperature and I washed her. Good thing there was too of us! It might take me quite a bit of time before I can do it myself. All in due time :)

Finally, Brinks is getting some love again! Curtis took him for a hike today and they both came back refreshed and happy. I'm glad they went and did that.

Three weeks old

1st Team

We finally got the rest of our laundered things back today and we have a lot of work ahead of us putting things away. First all of the hangers weren't cleanable so we have to buy all new ones and second some of the closes stink from the dry cleaning that we had to hang them outside. It ended up still stinking after a day in the garage that we had them come pick the closes back up to air them out for us. It's too cold outside and we don't want the coats getting moist. What a mess this whole thing is but I'm looking forward to the end of it! Thanks for all my family for coming over to help me; with Zoey around there is NO way we could've done this alone.

Two weeks old

Pediatrician and walk

Today was a busy day. It was Zoey's first doctor appointment! She did good and we love Dr. Steve, he is a pretty funny guy :)

The we had our first walk in her buggy down to B's house. It felt so good to get outside for some fresh air!

Brinks and Zoey

Brinks still isn't quit sure what to do with Zoey and usually runs from her but we were able to get him to stay for a second for a picture. Hopefully he starts to like her soon. 

Practice

Curtis and I are practicing playing Candyland so that when Zoey is old enough we can beat her!! lol ;)
