Night away!

Curtis and I went to Shelton Casino RV park for Kelly's 40th birthday bash. We played a bunch of lawn games, drinking games and slots. What a fabulous night away with my handsome husband!

Camping at Rim Rock Lake

This weekend we went camping with the Herrera's and we all had a blast. Zoey loved being outside and Curtis and I enjoyed getting away from the daily grind. It was such a relaxing weekend and just what our family needed. Zoey and Olive had a blast together and it is so much fun to see them play more as they get older. So tonight at dinner I offered Zoey a piece of my broccoli. Zoey said she didn't want any and then Curtis quickly swooped in and ate it. Zoey looked at me with a sad face and I made one too and then she bursted into tears! It broke her heart that Daddy took my food without asking. The only thing that calmed her down was when Curtis gave me a piece of his broccoli. What a sweet gentle heart she has!

Mother's Day

Zoey and Curtis made me breakfast this morning and spoiled me all day. It was the perfect Mother's Day and I couldn't ask for more. I love you both so much and am proud to be your mom Zoey! xoxo

Zoey has so much fun with both Julie and Olive. I'm so glad she has little friends to play with that are so cute ;) lol

Gentle Curtis

Curtis just rescued a hurt pigeon and took it to safety. It amazes me how gentle and patient Curtis is with just about everything. I just love this guy more and more everyday!!! xoxo

Annual fishing trip

Curtis caught the most fish and basically lived on the lake this year. He came back refreshed and happy. I'm so glad he has this trip with his Uncle's every year.

New color wall

It took me forever to pick this color but I think I'm going to like it! It's a bit girly for me but it will cozy up the living room and that will be nice.

Bye bye trees

This week our new neighbors started taking down all the trees to build their new road. Zoey enjoyed watching the track-hoe and Brinks just growled and barked at them. I'm sad to see the trees go but happy the sticker bushes are gone. I'm curious to see how it turns out when they are done, fingers crossed.

My little artist

I'm having so much fun painting with Zoey. She is so cute how she is determined to paint one area...usually the edges. Love her artistic eye ;)

Happy Birthday Curtis

Curtis and I went to the race tracks for his birthday and it was a gorgeous day! Tomorrow he is going on a ride on the motorcycle...happy birthday boy. Love you Curtis! xoxo
