TODAY.com - NYC trip

Dominique and I made a trip out to NYC and it was a successful one. We took a tour of the studio and behind the scenes since this was her first time there. It was so good to see everyone, I miss so many of them. I always enjoy going back to visit New York as it sparks a lot of good memories I had living there.

1st mani/pedi

I took Zoey for her first mani and pedi and she loved it. Such excitement for her to watch and be there with me. It was a special time for the both of us :)

I got spoiled today and loved it! Jen made me a fabulous MS Paint and decorated my desk up! Then Curtis and Zoey made me a cake and while Zoey insisted on the numbers :) Another birthday down and now only two years till the big 40!

Jeah's Graduation

We got to see Jean graduate today and we are so proud of her! She is headed to college soon to Southern Miss and we are going to miss her! Congrats Jeah!!!!

We then headed over to Zoey's end of year school picnic...everyone is growing up so fast!

La Push

What a fun long weekend at the beach with the entire Yokers clan! Normally I'm not a fan of the ocean because it's too windy but it was hardly windy at all and I loved it! Zoey had a blast with the waves and sand for this was her first experience at the ocean. We got a nicer place with my mom and dad so it would be easier for Zoey and TOTALLY worth it! Besides making sandcastles and going on walks we got to have fun in our huge jet tub and watch Zoey put on a show, video :) We definitely want to go back again! pictures

Mother's Day

Curtis and Zoey absolutely spoiled me on Mother's Day for breakfast! I'm so blessed and love them both so much! After breakfast we met Curtis's mom for a fun filled day of a ferry ride to the city, the Seattle Aquarium and dinner at La Fuente's. Now I'm exhausted and ready for bed. pictures

Zoey impresses me everyday with her determination and strength. She is learning quickly how to navigate her bike and ride fast. This is the best video EVER!!!!

Rattlesnake Ridge & Square dancing

Brian and Katie invited us to go hiking at Rattlesnake Ridge and besides Zoey wanting to run on the trail with a cliff on the edge it was a perfect day! The weather was perfect, Brinks did awesome and it felt good to get outside for some exercise and fresh air. Fabulous day! pictures

That night I went to see Mia and Lily at their dress rehearsal for a square dancing competition in Canada. They were fabulous and I'm so glad I got to see them since they LOVE square dancing.
