Trucker ouch!

Poor little trucker broke his tibia today. He was chasing some toy that went under the fence and he went towards the side of it and clipped it somehow we’re not exactly sure how it happened. Now we have to keep him off of his leg for as long as possible. Without sedating him, I’m not exactly sure how we’re gonna do this. He is such an active dog. Sweet little Monty was there for him and comforting him, it was the cutest thing ever.

Now both trucker and I have broke our legs, good times!

Half birthday party

Since Zoey wasn’t able to have a birthday party indoors in December because of Covid, we decided to throw her an outdoor summer party to make up for it. It was truly an epic birthday party! All the kids had an incredible time, nonstop giggling, and laughter and fun. My mom said she’d never been to a more fun kids birthday party. Plus everyone when they left thanked me multiple times for such a fun party. Even the orby pool was a success except now cleaning this up is going to be a nightmare…the things we do for our kids. 😂

Happy birthday to me!

This year the Sweet made me a birthday cake for my birthday. They are such the sweetest and it totally made my day. ❤️ i’m so thankful we have neighbors like this that we can have great memories together. 

Father’s Day surprise

This year for Father’s Day we surprised Curtis with a golfing trip with Garan in CleElum. He was super excited and they had a fun day together. Happy Father’s Day, Curtis!

Visitor Kara

My dearest friend Kara came to visit me this weekend and man… It was so good to see her and spend some time together. I miss having this girl in the same city so I am soaking her up as much as I can.

Chopaka

This year Zoey and I got to go to Chopaka with Curtis and his uncle’s. We all had a blast, even though the weather was pretty cold. One of the days we were fishing a damsel that still hadn’t opened its wings landed on Zoey. She held it for over a half an hour until it finally flew away, that was pretty cool to watch. We also gotta take a pretty cool hike on the other side of the lake one day and that was fun to do something other than fish lol. Chopaka is very beautiful and I can see why Curtis loves going there every year. We will definitely want to go back if we are lucky to be invited again 😍

Memorial weekend

Another fabulous weekend with friends! This year we decided to have a boys day and a girls day. We all had a blast, the boys went river rafting and the girls went on a hike. All weekend the little kids couldn’t get enough of Zoey and she loved all the attention. Now she thinks she wants to be a big sister but has no idea what that would’ve really meant. Glad we have these weekends!
